Our Story

Grooming with patience, care, and purpose.

Snout Spa began with Muffin, Cherie's first rabbit, who taught her how much patience, trust, and quiet care matter when looking after an animal. While studying Biomedical Science, she did not expect pets to become such a big part of her life, but caring for Muffin changed the way she saw grooming.

After entering the veterinary industry in 2022, Cherie met many pets with itchy skin, matted coats, discomfort, and anxiety around handling. Those experiences shaped Snout Spa into a house-call grooming service where pets can stay in a familiar space, be handled gently, and receive care that supports their comfort, coat health, and wellbeing.

Cherie

Hi, I'm Cherie. My grooming approach is shaped by veterinary nursing experience, a soft spot for senior pets, and my own rabbit, Muffin. I care for every pet with patience, respect, and gentle handling, so grooming feels less stressful and more reassuring for both pets and owners.
